Riley J. Halloran Managing Director
Riley Halloran is a Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of U.S. Realty Capital. Her responsibilities primarily include mortgage banking, sourcing debt and equity for commercial real estate properties through a variety of lenders and equity sources for all property types, underwriting loan requests and business development. Ms. Halloran also supports their EB-5 joint venture which is an alternative source of preferred equity or mezzanine debt for commercial real estate development projects.
Ms. Halloran is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Riley also earned her CCIM Designation in 2016 which demonstrates completion of advanced coursework in financial and market analysis in the commercial real estate industry. She is a member of the PA/NJ/DE CCIM chapter.
Riley earned her AB in History, cum laude, from Lafayette College. She also holds a JD from Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. Riley graduated with honors in the law school’s business and entrepreneurship law concentration. Prior to joining U.S. Realty Capital, she gained experience with several in-house corporate law departments including McDonald’s, Brinker Capital and Aqua America. Riley has also interned at a boutique commercial real estate law firm, Silverang & Donohoe, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the City of Philadelphia’s Law Department.
