These lenders are capable of funding equity, mezzanine, construction, short and long term debt thus allowing us to provide the whole capital stack to our clients.
Over the years we have not only financed the traditional real estate asset classes such as multi family, office, retail, hotels, and industrial but also senior living facilities, land, self-storage, parking garages, golf courses, credit tenant lease (CTL) mortgages, manufactured housing communities, fractional ownership, and master planned communities.
