Our company secures debt and equity capital for owners and developers of commercial real estate for projects located throughout the United States. We rely on an extensive network of capital sources such as credit companies, pension funds, mortgage REITs, Wall Street CMBS investment banks, debt funds, domestic and international commercial banks, hedge funds, life insurance companies, private funds, and off shore capital sources. These lenders are capable of funding equity, mezzanine, construction, short and long term debt thus allowing us to provide the whole capital stack to our clients.
Over the years we have not only financed the traditional real estate asset classes such as multi family, office, retail, hotels, and industrial but also senior living facilities, land, self-storage, parking garages, golf courses, credit tenant lease (CTL) mortgages, manufactured housing communities, fractional ownership, and master planned communities.
